To be honest with you, I still have not figured myself out yet.

I have so many passions and not enough receptacles to plug them into, so I am just taking it as it goes.

One minute I am craving video editing techniques, the next minute I just want to spend hours in the kitchen cooking.

I had always had a desire to capture the moment on film, but never really took it seriously until just recently.

I am definitely a work in progress.

  1. We are just curious creative types, thats all! I’m glad to know I’m not the only one to “have so many passions and not enough receptacles to plug them into.”

  2. As long as you are living and learning, you are on the right path. Thanks for the like of my post “Little Buds – Little Flower” and deciding to follow me.

  3. Nice reading about you

  4. You’re not the only work in progress! And those that aren’t probably just don’t know it. Thanks for coming over and liking the ‘Quarry Weed’ on my blog, really appreciated. MM

  6. I think it’s great to have lots of passions and spending the time with all of them.
I’ve begun to see what I thought were detached pieces of me fuse together into a unique skill set.
If I hadn’t fostered each one for long periods of time, I’d not be enjoying these fun things today!

      • It would seem most people never start.
I don’t believe we start early or late…I think it’s all a unique process and even the time we feel has been wasted is part of our awakening to better things.
The key for me is not hiding from my mistakes and blunders but learning from them.
        Have a good day!

    • Cupcakes 🙂 actually I enjoy eating them more. I enjoy a variety of dishes, ranging from thai stir-fry to mexican. I have a vegetarian vegan site you can check out, kindvegan.com Thanks for stopping by!

  7. Greetings. I have a 14 year old son that is quite interested in photography. What would be a good starting camera? BLISS AND LOVE and thanks for the like!

    • Hi Ynav,
It depends on many things, amount of money you want to spend being an important one. I would say go with a dslr instead of a simple point and shoot. Let him learn about lens. I am a big fan of nikon although I have friends that swear by canon. I would suggest the Nikon D3100 or D5100, both you can get for less then their new upgraded models, you could prob. find used ones online to purchase through craigslist, ebay or amazon.

  8. Greetings Lisa. Thank you! He has researched and looked at a LEICA type he likes. Its about $179 or so but I will look into the ones you mentioned here. Appreciate it.
